In this workshop we will look in detail about the process of divorce. We will dive deeply into the ways in which you can legally divorce. And look into the factors that will help you decide which process will be best for your situation.

Additionally, we will explore how to hire the right professional/professionals to help guide you through the process.

Since no two divorces are the same (each one is like a fingerprint!), you’ll want to find the professional who possesses the skills, expertise, and outlook that will help you resolve all of the issues specific to your situation.

They will also be a major determining factor in how thorough, fair, and equitable your agreement/settlement will be. And if it will stand the test of time. Otherwise, you may find yourself back at the negotiating table, or even in the courtroom.

• What kinds of questions to ask yourself and the divorce professionals before and after you interview them. 
• How much a divorce typically costs from the least expensive end of the divorce spectrum to the most expensive. (Of course all of these figures will depend upon how complicated your marital issues are, the type of professional(s) you hire, and how well you and your spouse are able to cooperate.)
